At PRYA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and original-condition items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and personalized jewelry are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original PRYA luxury packaging and ensure they are securely sealed in a mailing bag to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Parcel

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
